Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 
Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and holidays are excluded. If you wish to combine multiple orders, please leave a note at checkout. We only charge shipping once for combined orders.
Shipping Rate
We charge a flat shipping fee of $5 per order. Free shipping is available for orders over $50. Shipping cost is calculated per whole order, NOT per strand or per bead.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping takes 8–15 business days after shipment. Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping cost.
Tracking & Damaged Packages
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with unboxing photos within 48 hours after delivery.
We are not liable for lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
