RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our beads are natural stone and pearl semi-finished products for DIY jewelry making.
Natural gemstones and pearls have unique color, texture, blemishes and markings. Slight differences between photos/videos and actual items are natural features and not considered defects.

We do not accept returns or refunds for personal preference, including if you dislike the luster, color, shape or size after receiving your package.

Damaged or incorrect items:
You must contact us and provide clear unboxing photos within 48 hours after delivery. We will offer replacement or partial refund for verified damaged or wrong items.

All sales are final unless we send the wrong goods or items arrive damaged in transit.
